The Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show!

Updated: Dec 17, 2018

Unit Exchange on the journey to the show in the 1989 Rover Mini City E.

Unit Exchange’s first outing to the Lancaster Classic Motor Show with Discovery was a great success! The show had a lovely atmosphere, there were some beautiful classic cars and motorbikes on display and it was a pleasure to meet some of the owners of the classic car family.

The stand attracted attention at the NEC in Birmingham all weekend.

The colossal size of the show impressed us, more classics than you can shake a stick at and the organisation of the event was top notch – thank you to everyone who played a part in this great meeting of likeminded individuals.

Reconditioned Alternators, Dynamos, Starter motors and Inertia units on display.

This show gave us an opportunity to showcase what we take so much pride in doing, in addition to helping us gain insight into what we can achieve better and other possible business opportunities.

The Rover Mini City E and Reliant Scimitar GTC performed faultlessly getting us and our equipment to and from the show, also drawing in crowds by the dozen, putting smiles on the faces of many automotive enthusiasts.

This, at the end of the day, is why we work so tirelessly and why we love the classic car and motorcycle community. It was a wonderful experience and a show that we would definitely recommend visiting!
